Buyer & Seller agree on Terms of a contract pertaining to the Sale of Livestock, feed or commodities.
Buyer Pays Gross Contract amount to CashCow Escrow to be Held in Escrow. We notify the seller the money has successfully been deposited and the funds are available and delivery can move forward.
Seller Ships livestock or commodity in accordance with predetermined contract specifications.
Buyer Receives and inspects livestock or commodity and approves that terms have been satisfied.
Cash Cow Escrow Distributes Payments after final approval from both Buyer & Seller. Any Final Dollar amount adjustments for weight and price will be adjusted to buyer and seller.
